Our Story

Over a decade ago, our founder Paul Stewart set out passionately on a mission - to deliver sales pipeline to technology businesses.  As Marketing Director in a global IT business, Paul regularly suffered from promises, promises with poor follow-through. Even agencies that ‘met the quota’ rarely provided meaningful pipeline.

Those experiences are not unique, even today, especially in telemarketing, which should be a highly accountable sales generation activity with measurable ROI. Instead, over time telemarketing has become heavily commoditised with more focus on numbers of leads than on the business value they deliver.

We believe that true success is not in the numbers of leads but in the pipeline value. It’s the sales opportunities with real potential that count. This was our founding principle and is as important to us today.
